KIDS FOUND SLASHED IN APT; MOM CHARGED

19/03/2012  my view on this  incident which took place in Salem Massachusetts,  where two children ages 3 and 8 was found by   first response fire fighters and police officers in their Massachusetts apartment with their throats slashed. they  were  immediately taken to a Boston medical hospital for treatment although they were later reported to be in critical condition  , so far  investigators  have not yet  come to any conclusion on what was the motive for this attempted murder  on the children. Although the 25 year old mother of the two children  is said to be charged  for attempted murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and arson,
It is really sad to hear and see such evil things happen to innocent  children especially young children who are not aware of the true harsh realities of the world they are now living in.
I do wonder what could have caused the mother to have contemplated such an evil act  to have wanted to hurt her kids? is there a viable reason? what are the possible reprocussions of this incident that will affect the children? and better yet , where is the father of the kids ?
